SPARKLING WINE PRODUCTS

The improvement and finishing procedures of wine and sparkling wine require special dry selected yeasts. In spite of relatively low nutrient amounts and already present high alcohol contents, the yeasts must be capable of performing the second fermentation. Only specially selected bayanus strains can be used for this purpose. For this we offer the following Products:
